EVIE GENERAL
Evie stands for e-health for everyone. Evie stimulates and facilitates residents of the Netherlands in their process towards mental fitness. Here, the prevention website Evie.nl plays an important role. In addition we offer in various regions eand safe ehealth platform where you can work on recovery or personal development. You can do this alone, together with your social worker or with someone from your own network; your partner or family member for example.
All inhabitants of the Netherlands can use the possibilities of Evie.nl. By selecting a topic on the homepage, you will automatically be directed to more information on this topic and you can choose which information suits you. Some regions also offer online training from Minddistrict through Evie.nl. So enter your zip code on the results page of Evie.nl and see if your region also offers that option. We are working hard to make the online trainings available in as many regions as possible.
In addition, anyone for whom an account has been created by a healthcare professional can use the treatment modules on Evie's e-health platform.
By being mentally fit, we are comfortable(r) in our skin, we are less likely to be sick, and we can handle much more together. In short, being mentally fit is important! Evie helps you as a platform by offering articles, videos, podcasts, exercises and trainings that are interesting to you.

Evie is supported by regional collaborations between general practitioners, poh-ggz, municipalities and ggz organizations. Does your region also cooperate with Evie? Then by entering your zip code you can also get access to Evie's online trainings.
Do you still need more (professional) help? Then make an appointment with your family doctor. Perhaps your GP or other healthcare professional already works with Evie and can activate treatment modules with you.
If you want to take advantage of the online courses (e-health modules) from Evie, then you need an account. At this moment the online courses not yet available for Everyone available. Want to know if your region has the online courses from Evie available for free? Then choose on the home page a topic, and then enter your zip code on the results page. If online trainings are available to you, you will see additional results added after entering your zip code. From these, choose the training that suits you. You can then follow the screening and then choose to sign up. There is also an option to sign up immediately.

By selecting a topic on the home page you will automatically be directed to more information on this topic and you can choose which information suits you. Evie offers articles, videos, podcasts, exercises and trainings that are of interest to you.
On Evie results you will find national results that Evie has found for you. Through the filter options you can further adjust the results to your personal preferences. For example, you can search by youth, elderly or adult. In addition, there are several topics you can select to see only the results related to this topic. It is also possible to indicate your preference for listening or reading, for example.
If you enter your zip code, you will also see the regional results, if any.
Upon entering your zip code you will receive, if available, search results specific to your region.
Anyone for whom an account has been created on Evie by a healthcare professional can naturally use the online training courses (also called e-health modules).
Don't see a counselor or has he or she not given you access to Evie (yet)? Then see if your region offers free online training. To do this, choose a topic on the home page, and then enter your zip code on the results page. If online trainings are available for you, you will see additional results after entering your zip code. Choose the training that suits you.

App
Evie is not yet available through an app. However, you can go through the online training sessions via an app.
The app from Minddistrict available. It can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play. Search in the App Store or Google Play for Minddistrict and log in with your Evie account.
