FUNCTIONALITIES

Navigate through your account

When you log in you will be taken to the home page. This is the overview of your account. Among other things, you can find here: your tools and their progress, your neighbor accounts, the caregiver(s) linked to your account, your (ongoing) conversations and your favorite pages from modules.

On the home page, you can choose to archive diaries or modules so that they are no longer visible. To do this click on Manage homepage.

Would you like to get started yourself with one of our modules or diaries? The platform offers a catalog where you can start one or more online modules or diaries yourself. Guidance from your social worker is not necessary. In your menu go to Catalog for the offer.

Click on 'View' to read more about the module or journal. Click on 'Start' if you want to start the training or journal.

At 'Tasks' you will find all open tasks for your account. You will receive a new task if, for example, your social worker has prepared a new module for you or if you have indicated in a module that you want to keep a diary.

When you click on the task, the module or journal will open and you can start immediately. The task will then disappear from your task list.

Under 'Contact' you will find an overview of all conversations you have in the platform. Unread messages can be recognized by the unread' tag.

You can start a new conversation with a paired professional or a loved one by clicking on 'Start conversation' click. You can also send messages in an existing conversation.

Modules

Modules can be added to your account by caregivers. You will find these then on the homepage. If you click on Open overview (top left) you will unfold the module's table of contents. This way you can easily and quickly scroll through the module.

In addition, there are often self-help modules available that you can start yourself from the Catalog.
Click on View to read more about the training or journal. Click on Start if you want to start the training or journal.

You go through a module independently or with guidance from your counselor. If your counsellor guides the module, there may be a number of sending moments in the module. Your answers will be sent to your care provider. Your counselor can then provide feedback. Once you have received the feedback you can continue with the module.

Please note that once you send your answers, you cannot make changes. Your caregiver will only see your answers once you send them.

This functionality is only available for modules that can be created on both the web and via the Minddistrict app.

Have you come across any helpful tips? Have you found a useful video that you would like to watch more often or would like to go back to that one exercise easily? You have the ability to mark pages as favorites in modules. Favorite pages are collected together on your homepage or in the Minddistrict app under Profile. This way you can quickly find back your favorites.

Je can print modules, diaries and other information from your browser. How this works varies from one browser to another. With many browsers, you do this by right-clicking on your screen and then selecting Print select 'Print'. There is no print button for modules or other tools in the platform. This is a conscious choice.

Notice: you may not distribute these printed pieces! Please also note that your information within Evie is stored securely. If you print it, your information is no longer within the secure environment.

Your practitioner may have the module set to supervised. This means that you also send feedback to your therapist. Only when your therapist has responded to this feedback can you continue with your module. If he/she has not yet responded, you cannot continue with the module.

Diaries, action plans and screenings

The journal is a tool that allows you to record your thoughts and memories daily. This will give you insight into patterns and progress. You can start a diary in several ways:

  • You can start your own journal from the catalog.
  • A journal can be activated automatically from a module you are working in.
  • A journal can be activated for you by your counselor or caregiver.

Your active journal(s) can be found on your home page.

In some modules, you have the opportunity to create an action plan. An action plan allows you to create a personal goal to work toward and allows you to track and view your progress. If you come across an action plan in a module, you will find it on your homepage.

To create an action plan, first set an achievable goal for yourself. Set your goal as specifically as possible. You can ask your counselor to help you do this.

A screening is a questionnaire and can be activated by your counselor. Using a questionnaire, you can measure how you are doing. You can find the screening on the homepage in your platform.

You can save a questionnaire in between if you want to take a break and continue later. Use the Save Interim at the bottom of the page.
